Select Double click on an asset and or click on the Actions Menu to get to the features:

Alarms Tabsheet
Alarms are sent to the general recipients in the options menu and additionally to recipients that are configured for each asset.

Ignition | Digital | Very important. The ignition signal is a key indicator for start and stop of trips. It must be physically connected to the selected digital inputs (and the input must be activated and tested). Ignition signal must be connected to one of the available digital inputs. 1: Active ignition (vehicle is started) 0: Inactive ignition (vehicle is stopped) | Reports and alarms that are based on the ignition signal will NOT work if the ignition is not configured or is configured at the wrong digital input! |
Alarm-Button | Digital | Simple switch to indicate emergency situations. If the switch is activated, this will trigger alerts (email / SMS). | Needs additional accessories and SMS packages |

Extra Fields

Extra fields are dynamic fields that can be configured by the software admin user in the options module.
Extra fields can be used to add additional information to manage your fleet's general data.
Files/Images
Users can upload and download attachments, files and images for single assets. The file upload can be used to organize additional vehicle data for your fleet.
RFID
Wireless sensors can be assigned to a specific asset.The asset will only report data from this wireless sensor.
This avoids that other wireless sensors are reported with this asset.

Functions and fields | Description |

Select the allowed drivers | In the upper list you can select more standard drivers with the check boxes to allow them to drive the vehicle. |

Merge short trips logbook (sec) | Trips with very short waiting times in between will be merged in the logbook |
Term long trips | Trips over x hours will be terminated, for example, if a vehicle is waiting longer, but couldn’t send a stop. |
Idle/Speed/io Splittime in min – longer are splitted | If the last point is an idle time, the idle time will be interrupted if new data is missing for more than x minutes |
Stop trips if ignition is ON and speed is 0 | If the vehicle is standing longer and doesn’t deactivate the ignition, there will be no stop in the logbook, but 2 positions at once with speed = 0 km/h |
Trips from private to private geofence areas are private | If the trip starts in a private geofence area and ends in a private geofence area, the trip is private in the logbook |

The correct logoutmode must be inserted in the field “Boxserver Info” of the asset configuration.
Analogue Fuel Level calculation
In the advanced fields you can configure the formula for showing a fuel level in the software.
The data comes from analogue fuel level sensors.
The analogue sensor must be configured in the input & outputs.
Formula: VL:0.6; VH:5.5; VLval:100: VHval:0; less_VL:-1; greater_VH:-1
VL: lower value in Volt (comma must be a “.”)
VH: higher value in Volt (comma must be a “.”)
VLval Low Value in Percent (100 or 0): is the lowest volt value 100 or 0 %
VHval High Value in Percent (100 or 0): is the highest volt value 100 or 0 %
less than the low value voltage: -1 use the last value, else use the given value
higher than the high value voltage: -1 use the last value, else use the given value.
