Inputs and Outputs
It is very important to select the right connected inputs & outputs.
For each tracking device the right number of available inputs is shown. Please check your tracking box description and installation manuals.
Connecting accessories, sensors, switches or signal inputs to a tracking box means that the signal is connected physically to one of the boxes inputs which must be activated and tested.
There is an available range of standard accessories that might be connected to the tracking boxes. Please request more information from your sales contact.
There is a list of System Inputs that enable different functions and reports of your software.
Input or Sensor Name | Input Type | Description | Remarks |
Ignition | Digital | Very important. The ignition signal is a key indicator for start and stop of trips. It must be physically connected to the selected digital inputs (and the input must be activated and tested). Ignition signal must be connected to one of the available digital inputs. 1: Active ignition (vehicle is started) 0: Inactive ignition (vehicle is stopped) | Reports and alarms that are based on the ignition signal will NOT work if the ignition is not configured or is configured at the wrong digital input! |

Extra fields can be used to add additional information to manage your fleet's general data.
Files/Images
Users can upload and download attachments, files and images for single assets. The file upload can be used to organize additional vehicle data for your fleet.

Analogue Fuel Level calculation
In the advanced fields you can configure the formula for showing a fuel level in the software.
The data comes from analogue fuel level sensors.
The analogue sensor must be configured in the input & outputs.
Formula: VL:0.6; VH:5.5; VLval:100: VHval:0; less_VL:-1; greater_VH:-1
VL: lower value in Volt (comma must be a “.”)
VH: higher value in Volt (comma must be a “.”)
VLval Low Value in Percent (100 or 0): is the lowest volt value 100 or 0 %
VHval High Value in Percent (100 or 0): is the highest volt value 100 or 0 %
less than the low value voltage: -1 use the last value, else use the given value
higher than the high value voltage: -1 use the last value, else use the given value.
Light Vehicle
The configuration is influencing the Red-Amber-Green speed limits.
