GPS Fleet Software Version 3.8.82 (Mai 2025)

With new releases, it is the customer's responsibility to test and verify the functionality with respect to their own settings, particularly in the area of privacy, as each customer may have their own operating agreement and therefore their own settings.

Definitions

  • Add: new functions or features

  • Remove / End-of-Life: Function or feature is removed

  • Change: Change to an existing function

  • Fix: correction of an existing function

  • Performance: concerns performance increase / speed

  • Security: relates to security or data protection

  • BETA: new functions that are still at an early stage of development, sometimes with limited support.

CHANGE Vehicle-Assigned Driver Tab

Allowed drivers have been moved to the dedicated tab “Assigned drivers” to increase usability:

ADD Change history Vehicle, driver

You can now view the history of important changes in the vehicle: changes to the standard driver, kostenstelle or unique key:

The changes to the cost center, unique foreign key and UID are also saved on the person/driver. The changes can also be found in the person form under three dots:

CHANGE Delayed return information during booking creation

When searching for vehicles for a booking, if there is a delayed auto available, an informational message will be shown that the vehicle may arrive late:

CHANGE Multi-type service

Users can now configure a date and km/hours service at the same time. If one of the conditions triggers, there will be a todo task. When finishing the task, both date and km/hours can be updated. This works simply by configuring two service types at once:

CHANGE Links in the ToDo list

Tasks now have a link to a vehicle or person. Clicking on it opens the Info-Panel of the vehicle or person:

CHANGE Read-only permissions for files and images

It is now possible to restrict user rights to reading files without the ability to change or delete files:

ADD PDF preview to files

Now you can view PDF files in the program window without downloading them:

CHANGE The type of transmission of the vehicle

It is now possible to save the transmission shift type in the Vehicle master data:

CHANGE The vechicle plate register date and the plate expiry date on the vehicle info page

This data can now be seen on the Info Panel of the vehicle:

CHANGE Rotating background image

Users can now configure a different background image for every month in advanced branding settings:

CHANGE Zip files if mails have large amount of attachments

From now on, a ZIP file will be attached to reports if more than 45 files are sent:
