This is how digital driver’s license checks work.
Requirements/Restrictions
Paid additional module must be activated.
It is technically possible to do this on many smartphones, but compatibility with all special cases, authorization restrictions, and old camera phones is not guaranteed (if in doubt, test).
Support for individual end customer drivers is provided by the trained customer, not by our developer support. In case of doubt or non-feasibility, a driver's license must/should be checked on site.
The list shows the open and completed driving license checks.
Options
It is possible to set how often the checks should be sent and whether sensitive data (photos) may be displayed in the software and the service that is used to check the driver's license.

Driver's license check for the driver/employee
The driver/employee receives an email with the task of the driver’s license check
For security reasons, to open the task the driver must log in using single sign-on or log in with his username and password.
The open driver’s license checks are displayed in the tasks module.
The task must be opened and leads to the review
Implementation of the inspection by the fleet manager
The successful and failed checks are displayed.
Failed checks can be verified by viewing the photos.
The photos can be displayed.
