For new versions, the customer is responsible for testing and checking the functions with regard to their own settings, especially in the area of data protection, because each customer can have their own company agreement and thus their own settings.

Small changes

Improvements to time restrictions in reports (e.g. 22:00 to 06:00)

Significant changes

Vehicle master data Extra data

At the customer's request, a lot of extra data has been summarized in the "General" section. The "Advanced" tab has been removed.

Delete people

	People can be deleted individually (… menu) or in groups via the person/driver list.
	Deleting a person who is assigned to a vehicle as the standard driver is NO longer possible and is displayed with a short error message.
	To delete a default driver on the vehicle > Configuration > Asset Drivers select another new default driver and save. Afterwards, the old standard driver to be deleted can be deleted.
	Unnecessary or incorrect driver registration codes can also be deleted.

Logbook module: Change comment with selection list

When changing an entry in the logbook (logbook module), a reason for the change is required. You can enter free text (e.g. “-”) or, new: you can select from a list.

Admins can edit the list of reasons for changes to the logbook via Options > Advanced > Logbook > Reasons for changes.

New spreader type “Solemaster 3000”

The new Solemaster spreader can be set in the RS232 settings so that the winter service data is displayed and processed. A free digital input must be set to spreader (WS).

Task Module & To-do System (beta feature)

The tasks module has been revised and is used to process vehicle service reminders (§57a, winter tires, vignettes, driving licenses, tasks, etc.). Details in a separate manual.

Vehicle Configuration Service Reminders (Beta Feature)

The service area has been completely revised. In addition to the sticker reminder, there are now reminders for the winter tire requirement, mileage-based service, operating hour-based service and 3 configurable services by date. The service reminders are processed via the to-do system, and emails can also be sent to the alarm email and the standard driver.

Driver's license check (optional, subject to charge)

New functions have been added to the driver’s license check module.

	The driver can be provided with the necessary driving license classes
	Driving license classes can be displayed

Business hours calendar for private trips (beta function, optional)

With the new business hours calendar, all trips outside of business hours can be automatically marked as private. Trips that go into business hours, within business hours, or trips that go out of business hours are automatically business.

Claims management and accident documentation (beta function)

The TCO module (Total Cost of Ownership) has a new function for documenting accident damage. Images and details can be added and managed. Each damage can be divided into different status categories (damage reported, under assessment, under repair, etc.).
