Important functions

Driver authentication
Under Persons/Drivers → Driver Authentication you can assign identification chips (driver card, iButton, RFID chips) to the right driver.
Security settings
Set new passwords:
Setting | Description |
---|---|
Password Change Required | if ticked, the user has to change the password on the first login |
Login valid to/Login locked until | Restrict login of the user. |
Send password reset link | Sends an e-mail with a password reset link to the user, if an e-mail address is specified. |
Two-Factor Authentication | If activated, the user has to authenticate additionally with a smartphone app. |
Edit driver/person - General
Setting | Description |

Name* | Required for login into the software. |
Required for "Send password reset link" e-mails. Required for reports that are automatically sent per e-mail. | |
Report Group | Used for grouping in reports. |
tags | Used for filtering and grouping |
Disable date | Used to deactivate or reactivate drivers. |
Additional data
Most important setting is Assigned Driver IDs.
There are many other optional settings for the driver.

Logbook
Settings that allow the driver to view logbook trips in the software.

Logbook settings for drivers
In the upper right corner, driver can access the Driver Settings.
The driver can choose the vehicle they drive and set default values that are applied to every new trip.
Default values can be overridden in the logbook module.
User permissions
User permissions can be extended or restricted for separate users for different functions.
Permission Groups
Permission groups can be set for the user.
