Important information regarding password security and login information

  • Our data protection ordinance contains essential information about the usage of passwords, login data and data protection.
  • Our software complies to our data protection declaration and therefore the use of secure and unique passwords and login user data is compulsory for data protection.
  • Our support staff does not know your password and will never ask for your password.
  • In case of multiple wrong login attempts the software login will be deactivated for some time.

Access login page in web-browser 

You will receive login data (login username, password, login link) from the provider. Open the link in your web-browser. The web-link will direct you either to a start-page that is hosted by the provider via the internet or to a start-page that is hosted on a web-server in your organization.

Username

Set by account admin.

Account admins get their username from our support.

Password

One-time passwords must be changed on first login.

Passwords can be displayed.

Forgot password

An e-mail to reset the password will be sent.

If the user has no e-mail address specified, no e-mail can be sent.

Optional: translation files for further languages can be provided.

Clear cache

In some exceptions (after updates) it can be necessary to clear browser cache.

Incorrect login - User is blocked

If you try to login multiple times within a short period with wrong credentials (e.g. old password saved by browser), your user will be blocked for a few minutes. Wait a few minutes and set a new password or contact your software administrator.

Two-factor authentication (optional)

It is possible to activate two-factor authentication for seperate users with an additional smartphone app.

Single-Sign-On (optional)

It is possible to use SSO with Microsoft Office 365.
