Add: Scan and create QR code
If the QR code function is activated in Options, admin and manager users can create QR codes for vehicles in live view, tags in RFID list, so that they have the link to the vehicle/RFID tag.
A QR code symbol is displayed at the top left. Tap it to open the device's camera for scanning:
Add: Info module
Info module added to live data, geofence, RFID lists.
General data (with the link to the current booking), location, alarm, last driver (with date filter), Odometer diagram, reports, files, tasks are displayed for information in the vehicle.
Add: Multi-edit in vehicle list
In the new version, it is now possible to fill in text fields in the list. Once you have entered all the data, you can click on the “Save” button.

Click on the vehicle diagram to display the position on the map:
Add: Booking module: Assignment of drivers/persons to booking stations
It is now possible to assign individual drivers in the booking station settings.
By default, the driver sees all stations when creating a booking, unless a station is assigned to him, in which case he only sees this station.
Add: Booking module: Flinkey reminder to complete the booking
Flinkey Booking Emails now include information that the booking must be closed.
Add: Logbook update via Garmin form
The form opens at the start of the journey. The driver can select what type of journey it is: private journey, company transport, standby, business trip. If business trip is selected, there are 2 more fields: Team, Purpose.
Change: Todo tasks for deactivated vehicles are deleted
Todo tasks are automatically deactivated if the vehicle or driver is deactivated
Change: Month and year for selection in reports Annual overview report, Annual usage report
You can now select the month and year in the annual overview and annual usage overview reports. The period is then calculated exactly one year from the start of the month.
Change: The Vehicle plate register date and Vehicle plate expiry date have been moved to Additional data >> General.
