Change: selecting assets with “GPS icon”

There is a a new way of selecting assets in the asset list or tree.

If you click on the GPS Icon, the selection will be extended (and the old selection will remain).
Up to now the old selection was removed.
NIf you click on the GPS icon twice, you can jump to this asset only and the old selection will be removed.

Change: Side menu re-organization

The menu entries were changed and organized.

Add: Quotation marks in the filter of the vehicle list

In the vehicle list, you can search for the exact vehicle name by setting the search under "quotation marks". When searching WITHOUT quotation marks, other fields (categories, IMEI numbers,...) are also searched.

Fix: Calender data was improved

Saving many calendar entries (date fields on the vehicle and for people) has been revised so that it works when saving depending on the time zones.

Fix: Changing interval in the asset tree

If you select vehicles in the vehicle tree, the selection is retained when the interval is updated..

Change: Limit in history

The maximum count of assets in the history was limited.

BETA feature: Google Streets integration (optional, for testing)

For customers with the Google Maps function activated, it is possible to view the Google Streets street view of nearby streets around the vehicle via the Google Streets symbol on the map.

1. Select vehicle

2. Click on the Google Streets symbol on the map and do NOT release the mouse button

3. Only let go when blue lines are displayed on the map (Google Streets is available there)

4. Drag the Google Streets symbol on the map to the desired position and release it

5. If it does not work, press F5 to update the software and try again!

Add: Archiving date

You can set an asset to archive at a future date.

Add: show last login

You can view when login was used the last time.

Add: Bauhofmanager Geofence RED-GREEN View (optional)

• The processing status of geofence areas (have these areas been visited or cleared) can be displayed via the Bauhofmanager.
  
  

• Settings can be changed in the geofence

• The red green view status can be sent via email as well.

Add: Tour module with NEW tour instructions (optional, subject to charge)

In the tour module, work instructions for tours can be combined into a tour using geofence and the detailed work instructions (with image, text, map) can be printed out as a PDF with signature field.

BETA feature: Automatic closing of bookings

Both functions should NOT be used as standard and can lead to an unforeseen end to the booking (e.g. a driver could no longer have access to his vehicle or his key).

It is possible to close a booking automatically

• close after x minutes have elapsed with speed 0

• close after x minutes when the device is back in the Geonfence of the booking station for x minutes with speed 0.

Change: Tour module

The tour module has been revised, manual closing and completion of tours by drivers is now possible.

Change: Logbook-20 CANBUS data (optional)

For Logbook-20, the handling of the mileage calculation and the current fill level (e-vehicles) has been improved.

Add: IVMS interfaces to video telematics

In future, video telematics data can be exchanged via an interface using the IVMS module.

Add: Temperature logistics

BLE Bluetooth beacons have been integrated for temperature logistics and can be created as a device.
