CHANGE New driver designation

For each new vehicle, a driver is automatically created, which was previously named ‘DRIVER +IMEI’. As of this release, the automatically created drivers are named ‘Standard driver +IMEI’ if the system language is set to German.

When creating a new user or driver, the mask has been changed and the password entry has been made easier (at least 6 characters) and a new welcome mail function has been added.

Change Operating hours Calibration for inputs

Previously, operating hours could be calibrated via the workshop app and the logbook module. It is now possible to carry out the calibration in the vehicle configuration in the Service tab for a different input (operating hours at input 2,3,4).

ADD new telematics accessory for OBD2 tracker for RFID driver recognition and private switch (BETA)

With the new RFID ‘Easy-Fix RFID-02’ wireless RFID reader, the digital logbook with OBD2 connector can be perfectly supplemented with a private switch and driver recognition.

ADD ‘About us tile’ can be shown/hidden

ADD Options > Options > Lists ‘Show vehicles without data in vehicle list’

Vehicles with no data that have been newly created and have never been sent can be hidden in the Vehicles > Live view.

Hiding these vehicles shortens the list and the loading time. New accounts and accounts with less than 100 vehicles will continue to see vehicles without data, for larger accounts these are hidden by default and can be shown by the admin.

Time until the next inspection

Under Driving licence check > Driver status, the system displays when the driver's next check should take place. The deadline is calculated based on the check interval (e.g. every 182 days), when the last check was carried out and WHEN the driving licence(s) will have reached an EXPIRATION DATE.
