With new releases, it is the customer's responsibility to test and verify the functionality with respect to their own settings, particularly in the area of privacy, as each customer may have their own operating agreement and therefore their own settings.

Definitions

ADD Driver actions are saved

Now all standard driver account activities are stored in the database, including activities such as logging in, logging out, changing password, entering an incorrect password, attempting to log in from a locked account, requesting password recovery, etc.

ADD OEM data integration (alpha function)

Data from OEM vehicles (linked by VIN) can be used instead of GPS data.
If a vehicle has OEM data source, the data will automatically come into the database. This data can be used as raw data: Location, lane, speed, KM reading etc.

First, the vehicle must be checked for OEM-Data:

With OEM-Data, the driver can now lock/unlock the vehicle in the current booking form:

Parallel data processing has been implemented to avoid congestion when a large amount of data is received.

ADD Vehicle addition improvement

The mask can now be selected when adding a vehicle to simplify the process. In addition to vehicles with telematics (with and without ignition), you can add a vehicle without telematics or a vehicle with OEM data (alpha function). When selecting “Vehicle without telematics” or “Vehicle with OEM Data”, the fields “IMEI” and "Msisdn/ Mob. No." are hidden.

CHANGE Vehicle form improvement

The vehicle form has been tidied up to improve user-friendliness:

CHANGE Automatic start for bookings

If no key box/flinkey box is in use, the bookings are started automatically at the start time only if there are no current bookings by the same driver for the same vehicle.

To improve the booking process, the start and destination locations are now entered first and then the planned start and end times:

CHANGE Driver's license check in driver list

“License check” column has been added to persons/drivers list.

Now the list can be sorted by this attribute and a driver's license check can be activated for several drivers at the same time:

In order to protect driving licenses even better against counterfeiting, a proportion of on-site checks has been added to the settings for driving license checks so that a certain proportion is created as an on-site check when checks are created automatically:
