TCO module (cost management, optional, subject to a fee)

In the TCO module you can record all ongoing costs and keep track of them.

In Administration » Master data » Service providers you can add all organizations that offer services to the fleet.

All individual costs can be entered under Administration » Cost Management. The costs can be either one-off, regular or mileage-dependent.

In the overview you can analyze a visual representation of costs both for the entire fleet and for a single vehicle. The records can be filtered by date, type of cost and frequency of payments:
