Change: Archive function
The “archived” checkbox has been removed. The archive function can be carried out using the “Archive vehicle” action or the new Archiving date field. In the Archiving date field, a future date can be entered from which the vehicle will be archived.
Even for archived vehicles, report data and logbooks are deleted after the set data storage periods. Therefore, all logbook data should be exported as a PDF regularly or when archiving.

A new verification type with AWS has been added, as well as a field for driver contact information. In addition, you can now enable “Send E-Mails” and “License Checks on mobile phones only”.
Fix: Booking module calendar view
The calendar view in the “available vehicles” view has been improved.
Fix: Google Street View (optional)
The Google Street View integration has been significantly improved. Customers with activated Google Maps can drag and drop the Google Street View man onto an available street.

New functions have been added to the driver’s license check (optional).

The fleet manager carries out the check manually and the driver receives an email when the fleet manager has completed the verification.

The function must be activated separately. Working hours can be set under Options > System Masterdata, which are then used to distinguish between business trips and private trips.

Add: TCO Total-Cost-of-Ownership Modul (Beta, optional)
The new TCO module can be activated optionally. It is used to record and manage fleet costs with reports, import, export, accident damage, etc.
In the overview, you can analyze a visual representation of the costs for the entire fleet as well as for an individual vehicle. The data records can be filtered by date, type of costs and frequency of payments:
